The Backstory
Chelmsford Mortgage Solutions Limited is a Mortgage Brokers that was established in 2002 at the heart of Chelmsford, Essex. They have a great track history and go above and beyond to satisfy their client’ queries. We wanted them to spend their time doing what they do best, organising the sale of houses to people nationwide. Their existing website made it very hard for the business to express their inner passion for quality mortgage solutions, along with the lack of support which made it hard to keep the website updated regularly.
Our Approach
We crafted a website that encompassed their brand whilst being filled full of information for a mixture of both worlds. The Design features a responsive, minimal style that scales well to all devices, looking great on the smallest of devices, scaling all the way up to large high-resolution devices. Our website scales well on the WordPress Platform, offering above-average performance to their customers, giving them the edge on performance even on a 3G Connection, which generally makes websites sluggish and hard to access. Our Design and Development combined with our Hosting and Domain services mean that the team at Chelmsford Mortgage Solutions can login and edit their website at any point, giving them the flexibility over their brand, and website at any point.
The Impact
Due to the number of optimisations that we have put in place, over a three-month period we have seen their website skyrocket an additional 368% in users which has increased their overall presence online. The further assistance from additional SEO has meant we have allowed the website to rank in the top 10 searches for ‘Mortgage Brokers Chelmsford’. This addition has significantly contributed to why we have seen such a substantial increase to the Analytics statistics recently. This increase will over time have a direct impact on sales, due to the additional exposure of the brand to potential customers. Due to our product and on-going aftercare, we have had great feedback from the Client who is exceptionally happy with our product.
